Weeks State Park will be just outside the upcoming total solar eclipse. To view the eclipse in its totality you will have to go north of Lancaster. The Park will not be officially open on April 8 but the auto road will be open for walkers.
If you do choose to view the eclipse from Weeks State Park, make sure that you have protective glasses.
